Responsibilities:

• Assist in manage the full set of accounts
• Perform AR cycle duties included: Issuing of sales invoice, Credit note, Statement,
• Perform AP cycle duties included: voucher input, payment preparing
• Perform part of Administration/ HR duties
• Support Financial and Admin. Department in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE with LCC Intermediate Level or above
• Prefer 1 - 3 years relevant accounting experience
• Familiar with EXCEL and MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in administration and human resources would be advantage
• Team player, pro-active, willing to meet challenge and learn attitude
• Can work under pressure with tight deadline in a fast growing company
