Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our winning team in Hong Kong.  Reporting to the Group CEO.

What are you responsible for?

• Responsible for the Group’s finance, accounting and related reporting activities, including monthly accounts closing, annual closing, accounts reconciliation, statutory reporting and management reports for strategic planning and control purposes
• Responsible for the Group’s consolidation of accounts, cash flow management, budgets and forecasting
• Liaise with company Secretary and external auditor to ensure proper statutory filing requirements
• Assist Group’s and subsidiaries’ tax planning, implementation and subsequent monitoring
• Enhance internal controls and efficiencies of accounting and operational procedures
• Support subsidiary offices’ finance team in group consolidation of financial and management reports
• Assist in HR and payroll functions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong accounting knowledge and familiar with the latest accounting and tax regulatory requirements.
• Solid experience in management and financial accounts, financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, detail-minded, result-oriented, and be able to meet deadlines.
• Good time management skills and able to work under pressure.
• A good team player, reliable and resourceful with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong preference will be given to those who have experience in IT/software and solid experience in using Peachtree.

Personal Attributes and Qualification

• Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in the Finance and Administration field
• BIG 4 audit experience is an advantage
• A Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent disciplines with an accounting qualification
• Qualified accountant
• Dynamic, proactive, multi-tasking and hands on approach at work
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Immediately available preferred
