A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Finance professional with strong factory background to join their management team.

Job Description

• Oversee all Finance & Accounting related matters for factories in China and the HK Office
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the factories
• Supervise teams in factories and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting
• Support month-end and year-end close process and ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Conduct budget and financial forecasts and prepare management reporting to explain variance accurately to management
• Conduct cost analysis, evaluate cost reduction plan to monitor cost variance
• Carry out comprehensive financial analysis and advise management team on margin and pricing decisions
• Develop management KPI to monitor production efficiency and operational performance
• Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain strong internal control environment
• Support the management team to drive financial and operational performance to achieve business targets
• Manage ad hoc projects when assigned

Job Requirements :

• Proven 10 year working experience as a Financial controller in sizable organization
• Professional experiences with Accounting & Finance Management for JV or WFOE businesses in China
• Advanced degree in Accounting / Controlling, CPA preferable
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting / Taxation Principles and Procedures both Hong Kong and China
• IPO experience is an advantage
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Fluent in oral/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Working Location : FO TAN / N.T.
• 5 days work, bank holiday, medical allowance
• Willing to station in China (Zhuhai)
