Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the operations of the Finance function in a professional and effective manner;
• Support the Management on financing related activities in daily operations and business development projects;
• Ensure statuatory compliance with HK listing rules and regulations;
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, lawyers, sponsors and bankers;
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries;
• Review and update the operational and internal control procedures;
• Handling ad-hoc assignment involving corporate governance and legal aspects.

 Requirements :

• Degree-holder and qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA
• Associate member of HKICS/ICSA or equivalents
• Possess 7 years or above relevant working experience at management level
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Listing rules, accounting standards & requirements, treasury, taxation, ect.;
• Experienced in IPO is an advantage;
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and good presentation skills.
