Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans focusing in the Greater China Region
• Understand the firm’s services, meet potential clients in the Greater China Region, identify their needs and responsible for the communications and negotiations
• Help on engaging clients who have HK IPO or M&A service requirement, especially in the biopharmaceutical and high-end manufacturing industry
• Establish and maintain strong client relationship and act as a facilitator between clients and the professional services teams
• Keep abreast of client and industry issues to enable proactive identification of business opportunities
• Assist International Liaison Partner to communicate with member firms in PRC to strengthen corporate relationship

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ client management experience with knowledge in audit / corporate finance / advisory industry
• Experience in biopharmaceutical and high-end manufacturing industry is definitely an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin in a must)

• Frequent travel to PRC is required
