Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Prepare vouchers, cheques and account statements
• Handle customer/vendor settlement
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial analysis, balance sheet, profit & loss report and management reports
• Perform daily accounting routines such as handling invoices, payments, receipts & posting
• Prepare forecasting, budgeting and analysis report
• Liaise with external auditors
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications is a must
• At least five years relevant experience
• Self-motivated, detail minded and good sense of responsibility
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese is a must
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
