Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions and assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Maintaining full set of accounting records of investment funds
• Prepare consolidated financial statements; financial analysis and management reports including budgets and forecasts, and tax computation
• Managing cash flow, working capital, funding and tax filings
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in accordance with the statutory and regulatory requirements
• Handle annual audit and prepare audit schedules and financial statements
• Maintain and ensure internal control process is executed properly
• Responsible for finance, tax and statutory accounting functions
• Provide administrative and accounting support for daily accounting and reporting functions and operations
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance with Qualified member of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably with reputable financial institutions, private equity investment firms or leading accounting/audit firms
• Good analytical, problem-solving skills; self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skill & a good team player
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is preferred

 
(Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Accountant or Accounting Officer)
