Job Description

Duties

  • Responsible for daily clerical support such as data entries, payments, filing and bank reconciliation
  • Keep files and meeting rooms organized
  • Perform data input and maintain databases
  • Provide support to general accounting and administration work
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Handle ad hoc administration tasks as per request
  • On-the-job training will be provided

 

 

Requirements

  • LCCI higher/ Diploma in Accounting or related discipline qualification is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Minimum 1-2 year accounting experience
  • Previous exposure from insurance or financial industry will be an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Fresh Grad will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
