Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review purchases invoices from suppliers
- Cross check invoice details with warehouse/shipping source documents
- Monitor the status of outstanding accounts payable and prepare payment schedule
- Maintain accurate accounts payable data and ageing in the system
- Prepare purchases/accounts payable related reports
- Any other ad hoc tasks from management
Preferred qualifications:
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- F5 / DSE or above with accounting knowledge
- At least 4 year work experience in accounting field.
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
