Job responsibilities

l   Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions;

l   Prepare financial statements, management reporting, annual budgeting and rolling forecast;

l   Handle full sets of accounts and support month-end closing;

l   Handle statutory audit, tax filing matters and liaise with external auditors;

l   Review expenses to ensure compliance with the firm policies;

l   Liaise with financial institution and other professionals;

l   Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements

l   University graduate with accounting professional qualification;

l   Full member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred;

l   Over 5 years’ solid accounting experience and at least 3 years’ audit experience;

l   Preferably working experience in listed company and real estate sector;

l   Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and tax laws;

l   Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

l   Fluency in English and Putonghua is highly preferred;

l   Able to work under pressure, independently, self-motivated and well organized.
