Job Responsibilities:

1. Control all finance and accounting activities of the Group, including: prepare monthly financial and management analysis reports、operational expenses against prior year and budget、 bank account management、work with the legal counsel for finance related legal and compliance matters、prepare annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts、tax audit、salary and insurance、asset inventory、due diligence 、fund management 、investment evaluation, etc.
2. Handle internal control and ensure financial policies and procedures are properly adhered; handle statutory audits (internal and external) and Hong Kong、PRC tax filing; provide advice to senior management of entities/operating companies in Hong Kong and PRC
3. Responsible for investment portfolio risk analysis, due diligence, financial valuation, investment analysis, investment exit, etc.;
4. Post–Investment finance management, monitoring investment status, regular supervision and financial analysis reports;

崗位職責：

1. 負責管理並執行各項財務工作，包括：貨款處理、費用支付、每月報表、帳號管理、工資保險、每週報表、資產盤點、款項催收、平台監控、資金理財等；
2. 負責制定和完善各項財務內控制度和流程，嚴格執行公司財務記錄，並負責中港兩地財務、稅務等相關政策研究，為公司提供專業意見；
3. 負責公司投資及重大項目的財務分析與預測工作，負責投資項目風險分析、盡職調查、財務估值、投資分析、投資退出等；
4. 負責管理公司已投資資產、專案，監控投資狀況，定期監督並提供分析報告；

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years mainland China or HK working experiences, preferably experiences in investment banking, asset management, brokerage, PE, and VC;
2. Good knowledge in Hong Kong and PRC listing rules and related financial laws and regulations; familiar with the relevant financial, taxation, auditing regulations and policies of Hong Kong and PRC;
3. Good knowledge in financial analysis and capital management, strong teamwork spirit and excellent interpersonal skill;
4. Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects;

1. 3年或以上國內或香港工作經驗，有投行、資產管理、券商、PE、VC工作經驗者優先考慮
2. 熟悉中港兩地上市規則及相關財經法律法規，熟悉兩地各項相關財務、稅務、審計法規和政策；
3. 具有出色的財務分析、資金管理能力及團隊溝通、管理能力；
4. 具有前瞻性思維，熱愛接觸新項目並分析其價值，對投融資業務充滿熱情；
