Job Description

Offers: 

  • Monthly Salary: $13,000 - $14,000 or above depend on Experience & Ability;
  • Start with Temp Job, contract may renewable or convert to Permanent Staff upon outstanding performance & Company needs;
  • Fixed regular working hours (Monday - Friday) in a Grade A commercial building near MTR Station;

  • Excellent career path in a Listed Multinational Company.

 

Responsibilities:   

  • Provide various clerical supports for the assigned department or office;
  • Prepare documents or reports, filing or typing, answer the telephone inquires and etc;

  • Outdoor works (e.g. Submit documents to Gov. Dept., Input cheques to different banks, Go to post office to pick up the mails and etc.);
  • Ensure the smoothness of the daily activities of the assigned department or office.

 

Requirements: 

  • At least Form 5, Diploma or above is an advantage;
  • At least 1-2 years solid admin or clerical support experiences in a sizable company;

  • Candidates with Accounting knowledge is an advantage;
  • Fluent written/spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill;

  • Well-versed in PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and etc);
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.
