Job Description

• Provide support of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits
• Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database 
• Perform daily administrative tasks
• Maintain filing system and data entry
• Handles incoming, outgoing calls and courier services
• Maintain and ordering of pantry supplies
• Checking of expenses claims
• Assist in ad-hoc projects 

Requirement

1. Form 5 /DSE or above
2. Two years or above work experience in human resources and administrative field preferred
3. Good communication skills, attentiveness and sense of responsibility , fluency in English and Chinese required
4. Immediate availability is preferred
