Accountabilities 

• Responsible for managing the overall finance function of the company.
• Act as a business partner to the senior management team to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead the business planning and forecasting with appropriate financial modelling, analysis and commentary.
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, business results and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain key financial performance metrics and tracking system.
• Provide support on operations including lease management, CAPEX and resource management.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with professional accounting qualification.
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in a management capacity, preferably in multinational companies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• A team leader in a dynamic environment with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Hands-on, self-motivated and capable to achieve targets in tight timelines.
