The Job

• Review accounting transaction records and ensure the compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Prepare financial reporting and reconciliation, and perform management report and analysis to business operations.
• Review annual budget prepared by business operations and support their planning process.
• Assist in annual audit for managed properties.
• Maintain proper communication and handle enquiries from business operations and auditors.

The Person

• Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline.
• Student Member of HKICPA or equivalent pursuing professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in performing financial and management reporting at operation levels.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Experience in accounting for managed properties is preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and office, accounting software.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
