Job description and responsibilities 

• Report directly to the Finance Manager
• Responsible for management reporting including preparation of management reports, forecast, and ad hoc management reports on timely basis;
• Liaise with external auditors in annual audit to ensure an accurate and complete audit
• Supervise the day-to-day finance and accounting function of the group
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments whenever necessary

Qualification

• Degree holder with a recognized accountancy qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) with Big 4 training is much preferred;
• Hands-on experience in preparing full sets of accounts, month-end closing financial analysis, forecasting and consolidation;
• Expected to be a ‘hands-on’ leader and take ownership of the roles and responsibilities;
• Sound knowledge of Flex accounting system is preferred
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
