Job Description

Responsibilities :

Monitor the billing system, maintain the system data up-to-date with high level of accuracy
Handle daily administrative work, filing and provide clerical support to accounting department
Handling the enquiries from the owners / tenants
Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

F.5 or above
LCCI intermediate level or above
Over 3 years working experience in accounting field
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
Good command of Chinese and English
Self-motivated, independent, hard working with good interpersonal skills
Immediately available would be an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk
