Company Background

My client is a well-established business service firm with global presence and Hong Kong is the regional HQ. With its rapid business expansion, they are now currently looking for a Regional Assistant Finance Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Assistant Finance Manager, you would mainly cover below responsibilities:

• Full set account for one Hong Kong entity, including process invoices and responsible for debt collection, set up project code, and carry out timesheet training, prepare management report, analysis report and commentary report
• Prepare monthly consolidated management report for Asia offices (5 offices) and commentary report
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial report and analysis report for partners
• Responsible for audit reports for one Hong Kong entity, one Singapore entity and one consolidated Hong Kong audit report
• Handle inquiries internally and externally
• Take up ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

To succeed this role, you are expected to match most of the requirements as below:

• Qualified accountant
• Minimum 10 years' experience or more in accounting industry within commercial environment
• Professional service experience is an advantage
• Experience in handling full set of company accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is definitely an advance)
