Responsibilities

• Report to the Vice President of Corporate Control and Treasury 
• Review monthly consolidated financial statements, cashflow forecast, variance analysis and schedules, etc. on a timely basis
• Manage working capital and adequacy of funds
• Support the compliance with all statutory regulations and audit requirements
• Direct and coordinate planning and preparation of forecast and annual budget
• Supervise daily operations of finance department
• Co-ordinate with bankers on treasury matters
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with at least 8 years working experience, of which 4 years in the managerial role in MNC or listed companies.
• Audit experience in sizable audit firm is preferred
• Analytical mind, detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
• Well organised to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
