Job Description
A leading law firm is currently hiring a Billing Specialist to prepare and finalise client bills, reporting to the finance manager, and working closely with billing partners.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be working independently on all rounded invoicing matters including reviewing and updating the billing guides, liaising with the fee earners and their secretaries on the billing and settlement matters, monitoring the billing / accounting system, preparing the billing and AR reports and assisting in the month end and year end closing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Billing within a Law practice (preferred)
- English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of professional billing procedures will be required
- Advanced Excel
- Handling the Billing Cycle
- Note: Candidates with law firm / professional service background will be considered first
