Responsibilities:

• Cooperate AR management with internal and external customer;
• Perform collection cycle for mass market customer;
• Dealing with external collection agency for performance review and complaint resolution;
• Prepare monthly collection effectiveness report;
• Administrative works on debt management.  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• 3 years or above relevant experience in credit control or account receivable;
• Team player with strong organization, communication and presentation skill;
• Proficient in Excel;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
