Responsibilities  

• Keep track and follow up outstanding accounts receivable on a regular basis to ensure timely collection 
• Perform account reconciliations and generate AR aging analysis and reports 
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes 
• Prepare daily outstanding report to both sales team and customer service team on customer’s available credit for shipment release 
• Monitor compliance checking on customers, order release and temporary credit approval. Ensure relevant credit limits are approved in accordance with the approval matrix 
• Work with sales team and insurance company on credit limit coverage and submit required documents for credit insurance application 
• Maintain credit insurance policy and report monthly insured sales turnover 
• Perform credit review on the creditworthiness of new and existing customers to assess credit line and payment terms 
• Oversee the preparation of Letter of Credit (L/C) and ensure all required documents to be submitted to bank on time and collection to be presented upon mature 
• Monitor rebates (both customers and suppliers), prepare posting of supplier rebates credit note and reconciliation of customers rebates 
• Perform bank reconciliation, daily cash flow projection and other treasury reports 
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or other related disciplines
• Over five (5) years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivable and credit collection. MNC experience preferred.
• Familiar with sales ledger and invoicing
• IT industry experience a plus
• Strong responsibility sense, positive working attitude, effective communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multi-tasks
• Work independently and self-motivated with minimum supervision
• Good team player
• Good command of both English and Chinese (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiar with ERP system, SAP and BW experience a plus
