• Collect, review and summarize monthly financial information from subsidiaries and associates
• Prepare and monitor the group reporting consolidation schedules by subsidiaries and associates in accurate and timely manner
• Assist in interim reviews and annual audits, and the production of interim and annual reports, in compliance with HKFRS and Main Board Listing Rules
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in internal control review
• Assist in system implementation
• Assist in tax filings for group companies
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Qualified member or finalist of HKICPA or other recognized accounting professional bodies
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• 3-5 years accounting experience with at least 1 year experience in group consolidation   
• Organized, strong analytical skill and able to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High proficiency in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and computerized accounting system
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua speaking)
• Knowledge in Main Board Listing Rules is highly preferred
