Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General duties of Customer Services, Answering calls of telephone hotline
- Handling enquiries from customers, General clerical duties
- Work in Call centre
Requirements:
- F7 or above with 2-3 years in Reception/Customer Services/ Control Room
- SPP Cat. A/B holder
- Good telephone manner with strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available preferred
