Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Director and Executives
  • Organize and prioritize day-to-day activities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain updated filing system, prepare minutes, business correspondence and management reports, etc.
  • Provide office administration support and perform ad hoc assignments as required 

 

Requirements

  • Degree Holder
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a secretary/administrator role
  • Experience of working in multi-national organization would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible
  • Conversant with MS office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
