Responsibilities:

• Key recruitment components include: searching, sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, and lead generation;
• Develop marketing plans and organise visits with potential clients to promote our online payroll system and recruitment services;
• Account servicing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates;
• Handle and follow up on client enquiries to develop new sales leads; 
• Develop the business by identifying new opportunities and key clients;
• Assist the team for daily operation tasks;
• Prepare job advertisements, candidates profiles and assessment reports.

Requirements:

• Degree holder is preferable;
• 1-2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing/Customer Service preferable;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and a team player;
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Immediate Available is preferable;
• Location: Wanchai (5 days).
