Job Description
Our client, an international financial company, is looking for a receptionist to join their dynamic team, starting onboard immediately
Responsibilities:
Perform all reception duties
Handle clients' phone calls and transfer the incoming calls to the relevant person.
Handle general enquiries in a professional manner
Provide general administrative duties
Handle clerical work and data input
Ensure sufficient office supplies and relevant equipments
Requirements:
Diploma in business, human resource or related discipline
Minimum 2-3 years experience in receptionist related work
Details-oriented, mature and responsible
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
