The Job

  • Handle daily business submission, record keeping and filing
  • Prepare sales report, AML checking report for both internal and external recipients
  • Handle account opening and business submission from front line channels
  • Review and pre-vet SFC license applications
  • Upload information in Business support portal and keep update e-library on products, training and regulatory circulars.
  • Keep update record of CPT/CPD training records
  • Ensure all transaction and client information is input through back office system.
  • Assist in ad-hoc project when required

The Person

  • Degree holder with background in operations and project management
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Relevant experience preferably in mutual fund back office, application screening, AML checking.
  • IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5 (preferred) and HKSI paper 1,7,8
  • Familiar with SFC Type 1 and Type 4 regulations
  • Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
