Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain good corporate image by performing reception duties in a professional manner
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the department
  • Handle courier and mails and maintain the tracking record
  • Ensure the reception area, meeting room tidy and clean in good condition
  • Responsible for document delivery, bank transfers and other outdoor tasks;
  • Provide support to Ad-hoc assignments as required by officer

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience preferably
  • Good communication skill in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Strong in PC skills including MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
