Our client, a local bank is seeking a HRBP to cope with its business expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a business partner and review and develop HR policies and new strategy to enhance effectively realize business decisions
• Formulate and implement effective staffing plans to facilitate further company expansion
• Design talent and performance management programs
• Provide support for other ad-hoc project

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in strategic planning or business partner role, background from fast moving industry is preferred
• Solid hands-on experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, training and payroll
• Banking experienced preferred
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR Practices
• Strategic thinking, independent, responsive and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and verbal)
