We are looking for a passionate and goal oriented retail recruitment officer, or experienced retail sales/supervisor to join to take your career and compensation package to the next level:
Responsibilities
l Responsible for recruitment of part time and contract retail staff
l Work with user department to understand recruitment requirements
l Sourcing through various recruitment channels to ensure maximum candidates provided to user departments
l Interview and recommend suitable candidates
l Discuss offer with selected candidates
l Arrange onboarding and briefing for selected candidates
l Ensure recruitment KPI fulfillment
Requirements:
l Experience in recruiting in retail industry.
l Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
l Initiative, strong passion in recruitment
l Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
l Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
