Responsibilities:

• Assist full spectrum of HR services, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, administration of compensation & benefits, training and orientation
• Focus on HR report writing and data analysis
• Compile regular reports for analysis and management review
• Handle ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in all-rounded Human Resources functions

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in application of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
