Job Description

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Administration Department as Receptionist.


Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for general office administrative duties
  • Provide customer service at the reception including answering enquiries, taking messages and greeting clients and guests
  • Maintain meeting room schedule
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Previous working experience as receptionist gained in sizeable professional companies is preferred
  • Good telephone manner with pleasant personality
  • Experience in operating PABX telephone system
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
