Job Description

• Handle full spectrum of Receptionist; meeting room arrangement; provide tea services for executives, guests and visitors.
• Answer the phone; handle the incoming mails, courier and mailing services.
• Handle full spectrum of general office administrative duties, e.g.office supplies, facilities repair & maintenance, printing of stationery /business card, office tidiness etc.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Around 1 year relevant working experience in general office administration
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently &reliable
• Good command of written English & Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
