QL Credit Gain Finance Company Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Financial Services Holdings Limited listed on the main board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 0605). We are looking for a high caliber candidate to help us expand our business.

Duties:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Marketing Department. Perform various clerical tasks which include data entry, typing, filing and scheduling

• Type correspondence, reports, and various forms including payment forms and routine business reports

• Sort quotations, invoices, payment forms, contracts and other materials; maintain and purge files

• Assemble statistical information for various reports

• Act as point of contact for marketing vendors and service providers; work with external parties as needed

• Support website content management and marketing operations processes

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSE or above

• Minimum 1 year clerical experience

• Marketing experience in consumer loan / financial industry is preferred but not a must

• Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Responsible person and well-organized. Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure

• Immediate availability is an advantage

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer
