Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, co-ordinate and deliver training as required for front-line & office staff
- Conduct New Employee Orientation
- Prepare and enhance training materials
- Identify training needs from business partners & shops and propose the recommendations to supervisor
- Consolidate and maintain the training record and compile reports
- Plan and organize for various training projects and assigned tasks
- Experienced in quality assurance is an advantage
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management / Administration Management / Business Management
- Over 5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Conversant with Hong Kong employment statutory, such as Employment Ordinance, Equal Opportunities Ordinance, and MPF Schemes Ordinance etc.
- Intermediate Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
