Job Description
To perform reception duties and provide clerical support.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for overall reception duties and visitors greetings
- Manage conference room booking
- Provide administrative support such as office equipment maintenance and service arrangement…
- Coordinate travel arrangement and hotel reservation
- Work close with Driver in local transportation for overseas staff and guests visiting the region upon request
- Arrange daily internal & external courier delivery
- Distribute incoming and out-going mails
- Prepare staff attendance report
- Perform typing and filing functions
- Provide support in recruitment and selections process such as arrange interviews, greet candidates etc.
- Responsible for arranging and organizing staff recreation
- Assist in other general clerical work and ad-hoc duties as required
- Serving tea to visitors, maintaining the Pantry whenever the Cleaner is on leave
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal communication
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Hands on PC knowledge
- Polite, patient, customer service oriented and hard working
