Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handles all the related client service general duties (e.g greets clients, handles phone call etc)
  • Monitors and handles client and/or trainer booking, cancellation and reconfirmation
  • Handles all the payment and order related to the fitness club business & daily operation
  • Ensures the reception area tidy and neat
  • Handles ad hoc assignment if needed

Requirement:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in reception, customer experience or administration work
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PC skill
  • Energetic, pleasant, customer oriented and interested in fitness industry
  • Able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility 
  • Intermediate available is highly preferable

Salary: Negotiable
