Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handles all the related client service general duties (e.g greets clients, handles phone call etc)
- Monitors and handles client and/or trainer booking, cancellation and reconfirmation
- Handles all the payment and order related to the fitness club business & daily operation
- Ensures the reception area tidy and neat
- Handles ad hoc assignment if needed
Requirement:
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in reception, customer experience or administration work
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PC skill
- Energetic, pleasant, customer oriented and interested in fitness industry
- Able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility
- Intermediate available is highly preferable
