Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including retail recruitment and compensation & benefits
• Participate in various annual HR process - salary review, performance appraisal, etc.
• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing HR / payroll / system related projects
• Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices and ensure procedures meet business needs and are in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist in processing recruitment logistics including job posting, screening, interview and offer process
• Maintain an accurate employee database and attendance records
• Assist in ad hoc HR projects & employee activities e.g. annual dinner and Christmas party

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 years solid working experiences in all rounded HR activities.
• Be familiar with the operations of HR information systems is preferred 
• Good interpersonal communication skills, organized, trustworthy, with strong sense of responsibility
• Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, mature and willing to learn
• Experienced in fast paced working culture is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
