Job Description
A global technology giant, is currently looking to recruit a bright relationship driven Administrative Assistant, to join their Hong Kong Office. Reporting into the Head Of Corporate Finance, this role will be responsible for day to day office administration, managing meetings, and providing support to ad-hoc projects.
The Role
- Assist in administrative work in relation to the investor relations function and treasury function
- Arrange meetings for investors
- Collecting and inputting data
- Responsible for coordinating and organizing corporate events
- Ad-hoc projects assigned
Key Criteria
- A minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in an administrative role
- Degree Holder or equivalent
- Financial Services / Investor Relations industry experience is a plus
- Mandarin is essential for this post
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Possess strong relationship and team building skills
- Ability to handle stressful and difficult situations
- Great communication skills, ability to communicate effective in a multicultural environment
