Job Description
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above in HR or related major
- At least 3 years HRBP working experience; or strong plant recruitment capability and experience in employee relationship or other HR COE job
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Responsible, logical, easy-goig, self-motivated, a quick learner and a good team player
Responsibilities
- Implement and drive the talent acquisition strategy and staffing process for the respective departments, manage talent acquisition process and activities in the way of high efficiency and effectiveness
- Revies the costing and budget regularly with department and provide the people solution accordingly
- Help foster trust-building between the employees and the management, and to support the realization of a working environment that encourage communication
- Take care of the employee onboarding and resignation; timely catch-up with employees;
- Optimize HR operation system to ensure consistent system/process/structure improvement and alignment
- Handle full set of recruitment and resignation process;
- Prepare monthly payroll, including MPF Contribution
- Renws employee contracts for all staff
- Administer staff medical scheme
- Prepare monthly turnover reports to headquarter
- Administer staff handbook, complany policy
