Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for handling employment relations duties. He/she is expected to work closely to handle employees enquires and requests on employee relations and communications issues.
Responsibility:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Team, ranging from organising, logistic support and monitoring the progress of staff recreation activities and/or HR related activities.
- Organise regular meetings for Social, Recreation and Sports Committee and prepare necessary information and reports for the meetings.
- Compile and analyze HR related activities/staff recreations statistics and reports
- Provide support to ad hoc assignments/ projects
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1 year’s relevant work experience, ideally in FMCG or other fast paced work environment
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good computer skills including MS Excel and Word
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
