Fairwood Fast Food Limited is one of the leading fast food chains in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Over the years, we have been expanding our restaurant network progressively and are currently operating more than 140 branches, including fast food and specialty restaurants.

Fairwood is now seeking high caliber and proactive students to join our Summer Internship Program during June to August. Participants will gain valuable exposure to different HR functions and on-the-job training whilst interacting and working alongside our professional HR team at Fairwood.

Duties & Responsibilities

-       Source and develop a high quality diverse candidate pool through different recruitment channels, including on-site recruitment fairs, government job fairs and outdoor recruitment activities etc.

-          Assist in summer job recruitment campaignand recruitment strategy development

-          Handle recruitment hotline and conduct prescreening interview

-          Prepare different recruitment material

-          Assist in contract-signing process with successful applicants

Requirements

-     University or tertiary education students with a major in marketing, human resources management, business administration or other relevant disciplines

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop will be an advantage
