Fairwood Fast Food Limited is one of the leading fast food chains in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Over the years, we have been expanding our restaurant network progressively and are currently operating more than 140 branches, including fast food and specialty restaurants.

Fairwood is now seeking high caliber and proactive students to join our Summer Internship Program during June to August. Participants will gain valuable exposure to different HR functions and on-the-job training whilst interacting and working alongside our professional HR team at Fairwood.

Duties & Responsibilities

-          Assist in organizing and managing different recreational activities for employees

-          Provide support in Compensation and Benefits functions, including payroll administration, leave management and staff movement etc

-     Support Recruitment functions and participate in on-site recruitment fairs and outdoor recruitment activities

-          Provide administrative support, including clerical work and internal staff communication

-          Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

-      University or tertiary education students with a major in human resources management, marketing or other relevant disciplines

-          Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

-          Detail-minded and able to multi-task

-          Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required

-          Previous experience in human resources or event management will be an advantage
