Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer telephone calls in a professional manner and take message accurately
- Handle stationary requests and office maintenance
- Provide administrative support
- Inventory control and maintenance of office equipment, pantry and cleanliness of the office
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or DSE above
- At least 2 year relevant experience in administration/receptionist, preferably gained from sizable organizations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner is required
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Well versed in Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
