Job Description

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Management or equivalent
  • 2 years or above working experience in marketing administration
  • Previous experience in multinational corporations is highly preferred
  • Well-organized, cheerful, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
  • Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and events with internal and external parties
  • Preparation of invitation letters, marketing materials and vendors’ contracts
  • Maintain event scheduling information and handle marketing expenses claims
  • Perform general administration duties such as lineup meeting, travel booking etc
