Our client is a 國企公司, they are looking for candidate: 

Responsibilities:

• Handle internal & external phone calls in good telephone manner, answer & direct incoming phone calls
• Handle incoming & outgoing fax, courier & mails & maintain the tracking record
• Staff leave and sick leave record administration.
• Assist in recruitment process and other human resources matters.
• Coordinate in office maintenance (office equipment, furniture, telephone etc).
• Handle stationery ordering, pantry supplies & stock keeping
• Handle meeting room arrangement, manage the meeting room logs
• Coordinate the environmental cleanliness especially the reception area & meeting rooms
• Arranging maintenance works for office facilities & equipment
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration
• Good command of computer skills including MS Office & Chinese typing
• Detailed-mined, presentable, good communication skill & strong sense of responsibility
• Cheerful, pleasant, flexible with a can-do attitude & punctual
• Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
