Job Description
My client is a globally renowned law firm with strong presence in APAC. They are currently inviting a high caliber Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team in Hong Kong
Role:
- Performing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
- Formatting and editing legal documents
- Managing daily schedules and meetings
- Organising and maintaining filing and systems
- Book and arranging travel arrangement and accommodation
- To perform adhoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 3-5 years of Legal Secretarial experience in Corporate
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin
- Chinese Typing
- Able to work independently and with positive working attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
