Experience Administration Secretary

 D’art The Specialist Art Company Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1991. The company specialized in providing feature artworks and art consultant services to international clients, ranging from high end hospitality, corporate, luxury real estate development and public space projects. 

Responsibilities

HR and Administration assistant: 

• Manage all general company administrative & HR work
• Provide secretarial support to Director
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

What we are looking for

• Degree or Higher Diploma in business administration
• Minimum 4Four years or above HR & administration experience for above responsibly. 
• Knowledge of account with AR & AP
• Excellent in MS Words, Excel.
• Fluent in spoken & written English is a must and good in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Fast, Detail-minded, Mature, Self- motivated, well organized, immaculate with a strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal skills, good at problem solving, capable to work in team environment is a must.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
