Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions;
- Handle full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding and off boarding procedures;
- Execute in Compensation & Benefit functions including daily attendance, leave management, payroll processing, MPF, taxation, benefits administration and insurance renewal;
- Formulate, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to support company objectives;
- Compile reports and statistics for management review;
- Provide professional advices for different HR matters and staff issues;
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- At least 2 years’ solid experience in full function HR & Admin field;
- A strong focus in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll will be an advantage;
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances;
- Team player and analytical mind;
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work under a fast-paced environment;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese;
- Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate available is preferred.
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
