Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions;
• Handle full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding and off boarding procedures;
• Execute in Compensation & Benefit functions including daily attendance, leave management, payroll processing, MPF, taxation, benefits administration and insurance renewal;
• Formulate, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to support company objectives;
• Compile reports and statistics for management review;
• Provide professional advices for different HR matters and staff issues;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• At least 2 years’ solid experience in full function HR & Admin field;
• A strong focus in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll will be an advantage;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances;
• Team player and analytical mind;
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work under a fast-paced environment;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese;
• Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
